Phi Alpha Theta Faculty Advisors are eligible for The Phi Alpha Theta Faculty Advisor Award. A faculty member who has served as Faculty Advisor for five (5) or more years may receive a $1,000 award for any special activity such as research, writing assistance, or travel for the advancement of his or her career.

Consideration is given to years of effective service and the merit of the proposal.
