Chapter Delegates
Only ONE Delegate per chapter is permitted. Delegates are appointed by the Chapter Advisor, who is responsible for signing and submitting the Delegate Credentials Form. All Delegates must pay the registration fee and purchase the complete meal package. In addition, all Delegates must have their Advisor submit the Delegate Credentials Form, sign in at the registration table and attend the both the Friday roll call and Friday business meeting. Delegates who meet these requirements are eligible to receive a $100 partial reimbursement.
The Delegate Credentials Form must be received by December 4, 2009. The form may be faxed to (813) 974-8215.
