Phi Alpha Theta awards two grants of $500 for books in history published by members as follows:

• One award of $500 for the BEST FIRST BOOK published by a member of Phi Alpha Theta in the field of history
• One award of $500 for the BEST SUBSEQUENT BOOK published by a member in the field of history

Books must be published during the academic year 2007-2008 to be eligible for 2008 Awards. The author must be a verified member of Phi Alpha Theta.

Submit six (6) copies of each book PLUS the following information about the author: school at which the author was inducted into Phi Alpha Theta and year of induction and a current mailing and email address. Also indicate whether the entry is a first or subsequent book. Send the books and author information to:
